using concept art, I started to explore the space in which I wanted to set my film. my goal was to try and capture the feeling of a film set studio, and wider feelings of being alone, white space and positive/negative space. I was certain that I wanted the set to be a plain white photography/film studio. This was because of the context of my work (television) and also because white space helps draw focus to the object/subject in the scene. less is more, and a busy set is a confusing set. I want to be the thing that stands out against the stark white of the set.
